Every participant will be supported and mentored by a selected member or members of an existing congregation. The mentor and student will develop a team partnership to bridge connections and involvement between the congregation and community.

The Mentor's Responsibilities

• Mentor may attend Discipleship/Leadership School
• Mentor is to see to the visible involvement of student in congregation's worship and programs
• Mentor and student are missionaries to each other's community
